After several not quite perfect attempts at bread making, I succumbed to this new fangled “no-knead” process that’s getting so much praise. I figure if I screw this one up I’m throwing out all my flour. So, I found what appeared to be the easiest recipe I could follow, so easy in fact a four year old could do it.
Suffice it to say, I’m blown away with my new found bread making skills. I’ve already signed the lease on a shop to start my own bakery.
