Pattypan Squash


Pattypan Squash, Parsley, Garlic, Olive Oil, Mushroom, Sausage, Bred Crumbs. Place in glass ban, fill with 1/2 inch water, seal tightly with foil, bake at 350°. I forgot about them in the oven so it cooked for almost 3 hours. It was tender, sweet and delicious.
