The best part was the spicy vegetable cheese sauce. Sauté 1 zucchini, 2 green onions, 1 long hot pepper (+S&P) until the zuccs get brown around the edges. 2 Tbsp goat cheese, 2 Tbsp chipolte sauce, 1 Tbsp olive oil and the sauté go in to a blender and purée.
